These terms govern your use of the Numa Mira website and the conversation flow through which you can speak with us about a gathering. Please read them carefully. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the website and the conversation flow only. They do not govern a gathering itself. A gathering is governed by a separate written Gathering Agreement, and where anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the Gathering Agreement prevails.

2. Who we are

The website is operated by Numa Mira, LDA, registered in Portugal with its registered office at Rua Bocage, 67, 2900-277 Setúbal, Portugal, and company registration number (NIPC) 519195809.

3. Definitions

• Gathering means an event hosted at an estate or venue that we curate.
• Gathering Agreement means the separate written agreement that governs a confirmed gathering.
• Conversation flow means the on-site prompts and questions through which you can tell us about a gathering and choose a time to meet.
• Partner means a venue or estate that hosts gatherings with us.

4. Using this website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

5. Making an enquiry, and the conversation

When you begin a conversation, answer the questions or send us a message, you are sharing information so that we can understand the gathering you are imagining and respond. We will use that information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. How a gathering is agreed

Beginning a conversation, answering questions or selecting a time to meet is not a binding booking and reserves nothing. It does not commit you or us to a gathering, a date, a price or an estate. A gathering becomes binding only when both parties sign a Gathering Agreement, following the confirmation mechanism described in that agreement.

7. Quotes, fees and VAT

Any prices shown on the website are indicative and for general guidance only. They may change and do not constitute an offer. The fees that actually apply, together with VAT and any other charges, are set out in the Gathering Agreement.

8. Changes, cancellation and force majeure

Changes and cancellation are governed by the Gathering Agreement, including any notice periods and charges set out there. Neither party is responsible for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Venue and estate partners

Gatherings take place at estates and venues operated by partners. While we curate and host with care, certain aspects of a place are provided by the partner, and the Gathering Agreement sets out how responsibility is allocated.

10. Intellectual property

The Numa Mira name, the wordmark, the four-diamond mark, and the text, design and images on this website are owned by Numa Mira or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree that any information you give us is accurate, and that where you act for an organisation you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for the security of any device and connection you use to reach the website.

12. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website available and its content current, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and details about estates may change.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any caps that apply to a gathering are set out in the Gathering Agreement.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur as a result of your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and forms part of your use of the website.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Setúbal, Portugal, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here applies to your use of the website. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the website.
